More Inspiration for Challenge #13 - Double Emboss

 Hello Squashettes!  Gail here today with some more inspiration for the current Double Emboss challenge here at Let's Squash It! 

We want you to use an embossing folder and also another embossing technique together.  So emboss the same piece of card with two different folders, or use heat embossing in some manner with your embossing folder.  The two types of embossing must be together, so an embossed background and then a panel with an embossed sentiment does not count!!

 

I was really pleased with the effect I got using two embossing folders on top of each other so I found a couple more I thought would work together........

 

 

A favourite of mine, Darice Retro Circle, with some very pale lilac card

 

Then Crafts-Too Bamboo on top.  Ooh pretty!!!

 

A little Pink Petunia chalk ink to highlight the bamboo.

 

A pink pearlescent card base, and since it's got a feminine oriental feel I went with PaperBabes Mary Dee Kimono stamp.

I am so pleased to see some makes in the linky gallery using this double folder technique.  It can give some super awesome backgrounds.  I hope you get time to play along.  Dig out your folders and get squashing.  Linky is open until the end of the month so you have another week to join in.
